Festive fruit cake

This moist and light fruit cake is perfect for the festive season and a great alternative to Christmas cake, if it’s not your thing. I don’t love Christmas cake but I do like the one my Dad makes and have shared the recipe before here. This one is quick with a little spice and can be enjoyed anytime of the year using your favourite dried fruit.
