When I was young I used to love spaghetti, just plain with salt and olive oil. I don’t even think Mum ever bought parmesan so I didn’t know how good it tasted but we always ate it without. Now when I eat out at Italian restaurants I often order garlic and chilli spaghetti. It is simple, not too heavy and comforting. This version has many herbs and you can add whichever ones you like.
