Leftover juice pulp crackers
for cheese, for lunch, or for a snack
My morning started off a bit bumpy when my green juice spilled all over the floor. A little one had spun the bowl while I turned my back for a moment. But this accident also gave me the idea that I could turn the pulp or leftover fibre from the juice into crackers. I’ve shared my green juice recipe here before and mentioned the juicer I use and some alternatives. You can make these crackers with the pulp from any juicer. They took just 5 minutes to prepare, and then I baked them in the oven. They’re gluten-free and vegan, so most people can enjoy them and my kids love them too.
