Massaman curry

One thing I really miss about living in the countryside is the lack of cultural diversity. I miss the food from all over the world, like massaman curry. It’s my favourite and this version is easy to make. It’s an economical way to eat meat, and just a few shanks can feed lots of people. You can also make your own curry paste, but this is a quick way to have a meal ready by dinner with little effort required.
