Meatball soup

with no stock

I normally use sausages in a pasta sauce, but we were sick with a cold and the weather became stormy so I felt like a soup instead. I didn’t have much in the fridge or any stock, but the flavour from the sausages and vegetables were enough. Make sure you use the best pork sausages you can get, from a great butcher.
