I love that you can use any kind of fresh, frozen, or tinned fruit for this tart. The best pastry you can buy in Australia is Carême, and now it’s stocked at many major supermarkets. It’s frozen, so it’s great to have in the freezer, and you can pull it out whenever you need a dessert to take to a friend’s place or enjoy at home. I’ve also included a recipe for my own pastry, which isn’t hard but requires a little more effort.
