Orange Juice, 1 1/2 cups from 2 oranges
Honey, 2 tbsp (optional)
Gelatin grass fed, 4 tbsp
Juice the oranges but cutting the oranges in half and squeezing out the juice. Save the peel, and scrape out as much as pith as you can with a spoon. Set aside.
In a small pot pour in the juice then add the gelatin and let it sit for a few minutes until it starts to absorb. Stir it with a spoon then turn the heat on low and cook for about 5 minutes or until the gelatin has dissolved. Stir in the honey.
Put the 4 orange halves on a plate and pour the liquid into the orange cups. Place in the fridge for a few hours or until set. Then slice them as you would an orange and serve.
These will keep for a week in a container in the fridge. Any juice can be used and you can pour them into moulds or a container lined with baking paper and then chop them up.
