Zucchini pasta
with butter
It’s summer where we live so zucchini’s are affordable and grow well in our garden. We often have zucchini pasta from my second cookbook but this is a simpler version that tastes just as good. The best way to cook zucchini is long and slow and that way it will make a very creamy sauce. It’s a great meal to make if you have guests too.
